Pick a Plot Size, Then Ask for the Full Plan
Quoted land prices from the developer's pre-launch list. Development charges of PKR 300,000 per Marla are extra, and rates can change.
Royal Swiss City is a housing scheme on Main Jaranwala Road, also called Sharaqpur Road, on the edge of Lahore. The land is in RUDA's Ravi River zone. RUDA first granted Provisional Planning Permission for 800 Kanal, and RUDA's Technical Approval list now shows Royal Swiss City as Technical Approval Granted. The developers are HRL, also known as Habib Rafiq Limited, and RKS Developers.
Phase 1 has nearly 3,000 plots in 3.5 Marla, 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal sizes (the 2 Kanal rate is not disclosed yet). The developer states that possession will be given in November 2028, and expects Final Sanction within about two months. Those are the developer's statements from its launch event in late October 2026, not RUDA dates. This site shows what RUDA has approved, what the published payment plan costs, and how to reach the site by road, and it links to RUDA so you can check each claim yourself.
A lower price at the early approval stage is not a discount with no catch. It is the market pricing in the uncertainty you are taking on.
Why Buyers Use This Site First
Sourced, Not Guessed
Every approval claim on this site traces back to RUDA's own public register, checked directly, not copied from a brochure.
The Real Numbers
Full payment figures for every published plot size, broken down line by line, not hidden behind a call request.
The Gaps, Named
Where the master plan or a price tier is not yet public, we say so plainly instead of filling the gap with a guess.
One Call Away
Real questions get a real answer on WhatsApp or by phone, not a contact form that disappears into an inbox.
Four Roads In, One Site
A schematic view of the four access routes. Not to scale. See the location page for detail on each route.
Payment Plan
Full payment plans are published for the two smallest sizes, 3.5 Marla and 5 Marla. Phase 1 also includes 10 Marla at PKR 4,750,000 and 1 Kanal at PKR 9,000,000, as quoted by the developer, with no instalment plan published yet. There is no 3 Marla plot. These are land cost figures, and the developer's terms add development charges of PKR 300,000 per Marla. Both published plans work the same way. You pay a down payment. Then a confirmation payment 45 days later. Then an allocation charge. Then 48 fixed monthly instalments.

RUDA Legal Status
Entry 14, RUDA's Official Register
Listed on RUDA's PPP and Technical Approval pages
RUDA's Provisional Planning Permission list shows this scheme as entry 14, with 800 Kanal and the status PPP Granted. RUDA's Technical Approval list now carries Royal Swiss City as Technical Approval Granted. That is the second of three approval stages. Final Sanction is the last one, and it has not been granted yet. Read both lists yourself before you commit any money.

What This Site Promises You
We check the source
Every RUDA claim is checked against ruda.gov.pk itself, not repeated from another listing site.
We date every fact
Prices, statuses, and figures carry the date we last confirmed them, so you know how current they are.
We flag the unknowns
Where something has not been published yet, this site says so instead of quietly filling the gap.

Direct access from M3, Ring Road SL4, M2 and Faizpur Interchange.
Secure Community
Gated scheme with guarded entry points.
Modern Amenities
Parks, a mosque, schools and a commercial zone, planned in.
