What We Can Help With
This is an independent buyer information site. We are not the developer, and we do not issue allotment letters or take booking payments. What we do is answer questions about the public record, explain the approval stage, share the published payment plans, and help you check what a dealer has shown you against RUDA's own lists. If you want the developer, we point you to the developer's official channels and tell you what to ask them.
- Explain what Technical Approval means and what is still pending.
- Walk you through the published 3.5 Marla and 5 Marla payment plans.
- Tell you which plot sizes exist (3.5 Marla, 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal in Phase 1; the 2 Kanal rate is not disclosed yet) and what the quoted prices are.

What We Cannot Do
- We cannot take your booking money or hold a plot for you.
- We cannot promise a price rise, a possession date or a Final Sanction date. The developer states November 2028 for possession and expects Final Sanction within about two months. Those are the developer's targets.
- We cannot give legal advice. For a large purchase, a property lawyer should read the allotment documents.
- We cannot confirm a booking you have already made. Only the developer's records can do that.
Get a Faster, More Useful Answer
A short message with the right details saves a day of back and forth. Include the plot size you are considering, whether you are buying for a home or as an investment, and whether you are in Pakistan or abroad. If you have a quote or a screenshot from a dealer, attach it. If you have a question about a specific document, send a photo of the page with any personal numbers covered.

Before You Contact Anyone Else
Several phone numbers circulate for Royal Swiss City on dealer pages, social posts and map listings. A number appearing online does not prove it belongs to the developer. The developer's own website is royalswisscity.com. The developer's sales office is listed on its public social pages at Broadway, DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Confirm any number or address with the developer's own website before you travel or transfer money.
Google Maps shows listings for the sales office, not a pin at the building site. If you search for the scheme and follow a map route, you may end up at the office. Ask the sales team for a site visit and for directions to the site itself on Main Jaranwala Road, also called Sharaqpur Road.
Payment Safety in One Paragraph
Pay only by pay order, cheque or bank transfer in the name of the registered developer entity. Never pay cash and never pay a personal account. Ask for a stamped receipt every time. Our booking safety page has the full list of checks.
What Happens After You Message Us
We read your message, check the public record where it applies, and reply with what we can confirm and where it comes from. If the answer depends on the developer, such as today's price for a 10 Marla plot, we say so plainly and tell you what to ask the sales office. We do not push you to book, and we do not earn anything from telling you that a scheme is a good buy. If a plot is not right for your budget or your timeline, we will say that too.
